Phoenix, AZ – October 4, 2021 – Special Strong proudly announces the launch of its first franchise in Arizona, led by Fran Poloni, serving the West Valley territory. With more than a decade of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, Fran brings a powerful blend of faith, service, and passion for fitness to his new role as franchise owner.
Fran’s commitment to the special needs community began with a focus on sharing Christ’s love, teaching life skills, and helping individuals find meaningful employment. His dedication eventually led him to meet his wife, Jayde, who shares his heart for service. With the support of his father-in-law, an experienced franchise leader, Fran has now stepped into his own legacy by bringing Special Strong to Arizona.

Outside of his professional work, Fran is deeply rooted in family life. He enjoys spending time with his daughters, hiking and biking in the Arizona mountains, training at Baker’s MMA, and staying active at Fitness 1. His vision for the franchise goes beyond fitness—he hopes to inspire his community to live with compassion, purpose, and strength rooted in faith.
