5-step journey
A PROCESS BUILT TO EDUCATE YOU, NOT PRESSURE YOU
Most candidates complete all five steps in 6 to 12 weeks. You can stop at any point, and so can we.
5 Steps From First Call to Confirmation Day
Each step builds on the last, giving you everything you need to make an informed decision before you commit.
STEP 1
Discovery Call
A 20 minute conversation. You learn the business model, we learn your goals, and we both decide whether it is worth continuing.
STEP 2
Brand, Business Model, and Financial Overview
The full picture of how the business works, what it costs, the complete fee structure, and how owners generate revenue.
STEP 3
Funding and Territory Analysis
We review your funding options and analyze the demographics of your specific market.
STEP 4
FDD Review and Ownership Planning
You receive the Franchise Disclosure Document, including our Item 19 Financial Performance Representation, and speak directly with existing owners.
STEP 5
Confirmation Day
You meet our founders and leadership team, experience Special Strong firsthand, and we decide together whether this is the right long term fit.
AFTER YOU SIGN
The 120 Day Journey to Abundant Life
After you sign, you enter our onboarding program, refined since 2016 across every Special Strong launch. You are assigned a dedicated Onboarding Manager on day one, with weekly check ins from signing through your grand opening.
DAYS 1–7
Business formation, banking, insurance, and platform setup.
DAYS 7–35
Territory website, brand presence, and technology systems.
DAYS 7–90
Special Strong University, adaptive and personal training certification, safety compliance, in person practical training, and live cohort sales training.
DAYS 20–90
Facility partnerships, local hiring, marketing kit, and vehicle wrap.
DAYS 45–120
Presales, client assessments, and grand opening campaign.
DAY 120
Grand opening, run as a revenue event.
DAYS 120+
Trial conversion, weekly coaching, and growth planning
REVENUE TIMING
You Do Not Wait Until Day 120 to Begin
Presales begin during onboarding. Owners hold client assessments and enroll founding clients before the grand opening, so the business is serving families and generating revenue before the doors officially open.
AFTER YOU SIGN
Real Numbers, Shared the Right Way
Federal law does not allow franchise companies to make earnings claims on a website, and we will not. During Step 4 you receive our Item 19 Financial Performance Representation with actual performance data from existing owners, and you speak with owners who can talk openly about their experience.
Step One Starts Here
Download the Franchise Kit, then schedule your discovery call when you are ready.
