With more than 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Brad joins the organization with a proven track record of scaling franchise systems and driving brand growth nationwide.
Brad previously served as the Vice President of Franchise Development at Snooze Mattress Co., where he played a key role in national expansion, franchisee support, and the launch of innovative marketing strategies. His leadership was instrumental in boosting franchisee success and enhancing customer experience through collaborative innovation.
Throughout his career, Brad has held positions as a franchise owner, consultant, speaker, podcast host, and educator. He has helped build and grow major brands like Anytime Fitness, Snap Fitness, F45, and Perspire Sauna Studios. His work spans revenue growth, team building, brand development, and leadership training, impacting both large franchise systems and independent businesses.
