Special Strong Celebrates Renewal of Second Franchisee, Manju Nivsarkar
Allen, TX – Special Strong proudly announces that Manju Nivsarkar, the company’s second franchise owner of Special Strong West North Dallas, has renewed her franchise agreement after five successful years of business.
Manju’s journey with Special Strong began with no background in sales, marketing, or finance. What set her apart was her passion for serving the special needs community and her openness to being coached. Over the years, that passion has transformed into a thriving business that has positively impacted hundreds of athletes through adaptive fitness.
“The last five years with Special Strong have been the most fulfilling time for me as an individual. The vision and purpose of Special Strong allowed me a unique opportunity to serve the community by making a difference to those that I work with. Over the years I have seen individuals gain fitness and confidence leading to improved health and lifestyle. Special Strong also made onboarding and ramping up very helpful for a first-time business owner by creating clear, documented procedures and processes. From training, hiring, marketing,and technology support to brand building, the team has everything figured out, and I look forward to many more years of franchise ownership,” said Manju Nivsarkar.
