“One thing that I really brought into this role was a dedication to our core values, not only for me as a leader but from top down,” said Stein. “Our entire company is really obsessed with our core values. Nobody comes into our company without having memorized our core values and reciting them back to us. And I think that’s one of the most innovative things that we’ve done.”
