Brick-and-Mortar Franchise Model
Our brick-and-mortar franchise model estimated start-up costs for U.S. locations will be determined after we build our first brick-and-mortar. Start-up costs will include but are not limited to the franchise fee, equipment, location build-out, furnishings, and working capital. Our brick-and-mortar franchise model is a 3,000-4,000 square foot adaptive and inclusive fitness facility whose key elements will include the following:
Franchises for our brick-and-mortar model are currently not available. We are planning to open our first brick and mortar in 2023 in Texas.






Royalty Structure
The royalty structure was developed to encourage the individual franchises to be successful. With a de-escalating royalty structure, the more yearly revenue (annualized monthly), the less royalties are paid. The minimum monthly royalty is $250/month. Current royalty percentages are as follows:
